Who we are
RLP Advisory is the trading name of RLP Advisory Services Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16966066), registered office 10 Everdale Mount, South Elmsall, Pontefract WF9 2BA. What we collect and why
Contact enquiries. Name, company, email, turnover band and your message, used to respond to your enquiry. Lawful basis: legitimate interest.
Resource library registrations. Name and email, used to provide access to our guides and to send occasional relevant material. Lawful basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email.
How long we keep it
Library registrations are held until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Enquiry data is held for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and for reasonable business records thereafter. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
Where it's stored
Form submissions are processed by Netlify, who act as a data processor, and stored in our business email. This site uses fonts served by Google Fonts, which involves your IP address being sent to Google to deliver the font files. Our calculators and guides are hosted on Netlify and Canva respectively; their own privacy policies apply on those pages.
Your rights
You have the right to access the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its processing, and receive it in a portable format. To exercise any of these, email robert@rlpadvisory.co.uk. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Third parties
We do not sell personal data and do not share it with third parties except the processors named above.
